How did the stuffed pizza crust turn out? I’ve been making a lot of homemade pizza lately (so good… that’s definitely one of the highlights of any week I make it) but I never considered stuffing the crust.

Thanks! It was really fun to put together, but a little hard for my nephew (who is 5).
We have stuffed crust pretty much anytime he makes pizza. Since I don’t make it, I’m not sure exactly what he does, but it turns out good. I think he uses string cheese or a cheese stick of some kind and just puts it all around the edge and then I think he just flips the dough over top. (That’s what I did when I worked at Pizza Hut!)

Oh, that’s a great idea for a stuffed pizza crust! I’ll have to consider that next time I’m buying pizza supplies. 🙂
