Top Ten Tuesday: New Authors I Read in 2020

This week’s Top Ten Tuesday prompt is New-to-Me Authors I Read in 2020. I read a lot of books by new authors in 2020. Here are the new-to-me authors I enjoyed the most and hope to read more books by soon!

Lesley Livingston: A friend has been telling me for years to pick up one of her books. I finally read The Valiant and I plan to read more of the series and pick up something else by Lesley.

Heather Fawcett: I absolutely loved Even the Darkest Stars and All the Wandering Light. I will be keeping my eye on Heather Fawcett’s books!

Stephanie Morrill: I don’t know how it’s taken me this long to pick up one of Stephanie’s books, but Within These Lines was absolutely incredible. I need to read her other historical book, The Lost Girl of Astor Street.

Kathryn Purdie: Bone Crier’s Moon introduced me to Kathryn’s writing, but I had no idea she had other books. I need to check those out.

Akemi Dawn Bowman: I’ve been meaning to read Akemi Dawn Bowman books for a while, and I plan to pick up her other books soon.

Jennieke Cohen: I was surprised by how much I enjoyed Dangerous Alliance so I’m looking forward to her future books!

Elle Cosimano: I don’t know how I’ve never heard of Elle before, but I’m adding her other books to my list to read.

Sherri L. Smith: I bought two of Sherri’s books to support black authors last year and I’m looking forward to reading more of her books.

McKelle George: McKelle doesn’t have any other books (yet?), but I will read anything else she publishes since Speak Easy, Speak Love was so great.

Shannon Dittemore: I don’t know how I haven’t read anything by Shannon Dittemore before this, but I need to go back and read her other series while I wait for a sequel to Winter, White and Wicked.
