Top Ten Tuesday: 2022 Releases Part 1

This week’s Top Ten Tuesday prompt is Most Anticipated Books Releasing In the First Half of 2022. I already have a sizeable list of 2022 releases I’m excited for, but here are the top ten coming out between January and June.

I Must Betray You by Ruta Sepetys: I’m always up for a good cry because of something Ruta writes. This one looks so good.

All My Rage by Sabaa Tahir: I’m so curious what this book will be like after reading her fantasy series for so long!

Edgewood by Kristen Ciccarrelli: I love The Last Namsara so I’m looking forward to a new book by Kristen!

The Summer We Forgot by Caroline George: Dearest Josephine was one of my favorite reads last year, so I’m intrigued that Caroline’s new book is a thriller.

Aru Shah and the Nectar of Immortality by Roshani Chokshi: I thought the previous book was the last book in this series but nope! I’m looking forward to how Roshani wraps this all up.

Queen’s Hope by E.K. Johnston: I will read anything about Padme Amidala that E.K. Johnston writes. Just give me more.

An Arrow to the Moon by Emily X.R. Pan: It’s been so long since she released a book so I’m curious what this one will be like!

Bravely by Maggie Stiefvater: I wouldn’t normally expect to care about a book inspired by Brave, but since Maggie is writing it, I’m intrigued.

The Patron Thief of Bread by Lindsay Eagar: I’ve read her other middle grade and while it’s a mixed basket for me, I’m curious to see what she does with a full-on fantasy story. Plus, that title!

The Song that Moves the Sun by Anna Bright: I enjoyed her duology, so I’m excited to read her next book.
